By using this website or requesting an Executive Job Search Plan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
These terms are between you and CareerBooster, Inc., a Delaware C Corporation (EIN 37-2197326, Delaware file number 10353161), trading as CareerBoost Partners, at 1111B S Governors Ave STE 40563, Dover, DE 19904, United States.
The business previously operated as CareerBooster.ai.
What we do, and what these terms cover
We run executive job searches on behalf of individual clients.
These terms cover your use of this website and the free Executive Job Search Plan.
These terms do not cover a paid engagement. If you engage us to run a search, a separate written service agreement governs that relationship, including fees, deliverables, refunds and the attribution rules for the placement fee.
Where these terms and that service agreement differ, the service agreement governs.
The Executive Job Search Plan
What it is 3.1
If you send us your resume and the role you are targeting, we may write you an Executive Job Search Plan: a written document covering how the market currently reads you, the problem you are positioned to solve, the profile of company likely to have that problem, and the roles and decision-maker titles worth your time.
We aim to deliver it within three to five business days of receiving your answers to our follow-up questions.
It is free, and it is yours 3.2
The plan is provided at no cost. There is no obligation to engage us afterwards, and you may act on the plan yourself or with anyone else. We claim no ongoing interest in what you do with it.
We may decline 3.3
We are not obliged to write a plan for everyone who asks. We may decline where we conclude we cannot help, and we will tell you if that is the case.
What it is not 3.4
The plan is our professional opinion based on the information you give us and our research. It is not a guarantee of any outcome, it is not legal, financial or immigration advice, and it does not create an employment or agency relationship between us.
Job search outcomes depend on your qualifications, your performance in interviews, employer decisions, market conditions and timing. Those are outside our control.
Accuracy of what you give us 3.5
You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and yours to share, and that sharing it does not breach any obligation you owe to a current or former employer.
You are responsible for anything you choose to publish or send based on the plan.
Paid engagements
If you engage us, the service agreement you sign governs everything about that engagement. The summary below is for orientation only and the agreement prevails on every point.
Your responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use this site or anything we produce for any unlawful purpose
- Copy, resell or redistribute our materials, methods or documents as your own commercial product
- Attempt to access parts of the site you are not authorised to use
- Use automated means to scrape or extract content from the site
Intellectual property
You may not reproduce our plan template, format or methodology as the basis of a competing service.
Confidentiality
Your search is confidential.
We do not publish your name, your plan or the fact that you are working with us without your written permission. We do not add anything to your public profiles without your approval. We do not disclose your search to any current or former employer.
We may describe engagements anonymously to explain how we work. Such descriptions do not identify you.
You agree to keep confidential any non-public information we share with you about our methods, pricing structure or delivery.
Testimonials, references and results
Client outcomes described on this site are real and are stated in the words we have permission to use. They are examples, not a prediction of your result.
Where we offer a reference call with a former client, that client speaks for themselves. We do not control or script what they say.
Named clients appear with their permission. Any client may withdraw that permission at any time and we will remove the reference.
Disclaimers
The site and the plan are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any particular result will follow from anything we produce.
Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we handle it, and forms part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Material changes affecting an active engagement will be notified directly.
Termination
We may decline to work with anyone, and may stop providing access to this site at any time.
Termination of a paid engagement is governed by the service agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles. This matches the governing law in our service agreements.
Miscellaneous
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any service agreement, are the entire agreement between us.
