For VPs, SVPs and C-suite executives targeting $200,000 and above

We run the search.
You take the meetings.

Fifty hours a month of work on your search, for about thirty minutes a week of your time. Outreach goes out in your name, to companies you approved, with nothing published anywhere.

What happens in the first week

1
We build your target list
Companies and named decision-makers, with title, company size, revenue, funding history and LinkedIn profile for each one. You get it as a sheet and you go through it.
2
You approve it
Line by line if you want. Any employer, competitor or individual can be struck off before anything sends.
3
We write the outreach and you approve that too
It goes out in your name, so it has to sound like you.
4
Then the campaign launches
Three to five business days from kickoff to everything being ready.
You approve every company and every message before anything leaves.

The campaign, and what your name has to do with it

Outreach goes from a neutral address created for you. No CareerBoost branding, nothing in the signature that gives anything away. Every reply lands in that inbox and a copy lands in yours.

The first email is short. A peer-to-peer note leading with what you fix, no resume attached, because an executive sending a resume cold reads as an executive looking for a job. The second one, sent after the first is opened, carries the detail and the numbers.

We work the posted roles too, and when we apply we find the person who owns the hire and reach them directly, so the application is not sitting alone in a queue.

And we run your LinkedIn networking, connecting you to the decision-makers on your approved list.

Nothing gets published. Nothing goes on your profile.
Your employer has no way of knowing this is happening.

What you actually do

You get a dedicated campaign manager and a standing thirty-minute call each week. They bring you what came in, what went out, and what needs your call.

Between calls you have a dashboard with every message sent, opened and answered, in real time. You are not waiting for a Friday summary to find out where things stand.

Then you show up for the meetings, and we prepare you for them: research on the company, on the people in the room, and on what they are actually trying to fix.

We arrange the interviews.
You are the closer.

What this costs, and where our money comes from

$699 a month
While we run the search

That covers the operation: the research, the targeting, the campaign management, the applications, the outreach, the CRM, the weekly call.

3% of first-year base
Once you accept an offer

Once you accept an offer that came through our work, payable after your first paycheck. If you land a role through your own network or your own application, outside what we did, we are not owed anything.

We are not working for the retainer.
The retainer covers the operation. The 3% is where we actually get paid. Which means the risk of a search taking longer than either of us wants sits with us, not only with you.

If the resume and the profile need rebuilding

Some clients arrive with documents that already work against the position. If yours hold up, we tell you and charge you nothing.

If they need rebuilding, we do both for $497 as a client, against $797 on their own. Once, not monthly.

You get it back when you land. The $497 is credited against the placement fee, so if the campaign works you have paid for the documents once and then not at all.

It sits outside the retainer because the retainer is refundable and the documents are yours to keep. This way the guarantee stays easy to claim and the materials are still worth building properly.

We will not rebuild them before the positioning is settled, because a document written against the wrong position gets rewritten anyway.

Position first. Documents second.

The first month is a trial, and both of us mean it

If we cannot generate demand for you, we give the month back and we stop. It does not serve either of us to spend your money and our fifty hours on a search we cannot make work.

If you are not satisfied with the positioning, the research, the campaign or the way we are working, tell us within 30 days of signing and you get the retainer back.

After that it is month to month. No contract to exit and no notice period. If you stop seeing progress you stop paying, and we lose the only fee we were working for.

you can walk away.
THE PART WE CANNOT CONTROL

What we do not promise

We cannot make a company hire you. Interview performance is yours, hiring decisions belong to them, and markets do what markets do.

What we control is demand. Getting you in front of the people who own the problem you fix, in enough volume to find the ones who need you now.

We don't have that magic wand.
Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something we would not sell.

You do not have to take our word for any of this

Andres Diana
entered a founder-in-residence track at an AI Fund-backed company within three months of starting, during Q4. He now runs it as Founder and CEO.
Stephen Hamilton
a VP, never ran his own search. Two competing offers in about six months, while staying focused on the role he already had.
Alan Rudolph
a COO in enterprise SaaS, went into substantive conversations with private equity partners and senior operators matched to his operating background.
Kirk Myers
a VP, thought his profile was already optimized. After we rebuilt it, he went from a couple of recruiter responses a week to consistent weekly inbound.
23
executives placed to date.

All four wrote recommendations on Moe Hassan's LinkedIn profile. Every client we have placed will take a reference call.

The client, on the phone, answering whatever you want to ask, before you have signed anything.

This works if

You are a VP, SVP or C-suite executive targeting $200,000 and above, in the United States or the United Kingdom, employed, on notice, or less than six months out, leading revenue, sales, customer success, operations, general management or technology.

It does not work if

Your target market is a handful of companies worldwide, you are out of work and under immediate financial pressure, you want a document rewritten rather than a position worked out, or speed is the only thing you are buying.
