CareerBoost Partners ("we", "us") runs executive job searches on behalf of individual clients.
The legal entity behind CareerBoost Partners is CareerBooster, Inc., a Delaware C Corporation (EIN 37-2197326, Delaware file number 10353161), trading as CareerBoost Partners, at 1111B S Governors Ave STE 40563, Dover, DE 19904, United States.

The business previously operated as CareerBooster.ai.ai. Data collected under the previous name is held and processed under this policy.
Who this policy covers
This policy covers three groups, and what we do with each is different.
Prospective clients
Anyone who sends us a resume and a target role to receive an Executive Job Search Plan.
Clients
Anyone who engages us to run a search.
Decision-makers and other third parties
People we contact on a client's behalf during a campaign. If you have received an email from an executive we work with, section 6 explains how your information came to be used and how to stop it.
Website visitors
Anyone using this site.
What we collect from prospective clients and clients
When you request an Executive Job Search Plan we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your resume or CV, and everything in it
- The role or roles you are targeting
- Your answers to the questions we send you
- Your LinkedIn profile URL and its public contents
If you become a client we also collect and generate:
- Materials we produce for you: positioning documents, resume, LinkedIn profile copy
- The target list you approve, and your instructions about companies or individuals to exclude
- Outreach messages sent on your behalf and the replies received
- Records of meetings arranged, and notes prepared for them
- Your current employer, and any confidentiality constraints you tell us about
- Billing information, handled by our third-party payment provider. We do not store or have access to full card details

We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We use service providers such as GoHighLevel, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity to operate the website and business, and they process information on our behalf as described in this policy.
The plan, and deleting your resume
Your Executive Job Search Plan is written for you and shared with nobody else.
We use your resume to write the plan and for no other purpose. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will, whether or not you become a client. Email [email protected].
If you become a client, we keep your materials for the duration of the engagement and for until you ask us to delete it afterwards, so that we can answer questions about what was done and meet our tax and accounting obligations.
Anonymised descriptions of engagements may be used to explain how we work. These never identify you. We name a client publicly only with that client's written permission.
Decision-makers and other third parties
If you received an email from an executive who is working with us, this section explains it.
How we obtained your information
We identify people who hold decision-making authority relevant to a client's search, using publicly available business sources and . We typically hold your name, job title, employer, business email address and public professional profile.
Why we contact you
An executive we work with believes they can solve a problem your organisation may have. We send that introduction on their behalf, in their name, from an address created for them. Our client approves every recipient and every message before it is sent.
Our legal basis
Legitimate interests: connecting a senior professional with organisations that may wish to hire them, in a business context, using business contact details.
How to stop it
Reply to the message and ask, or email [email protected]. We will stop contacting you on behalf of that client and, if you ask, add you to a suppression list so we do not contact you on behalf of any client.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to our processing. See section 10.

We use service providers to run the business. Each has access only to what its function requires.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy
- Have inaccurate information corrected
- Have information deleted
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests, including outreach
- Ask us to restrict processing while a question is resolved
- Receive your information in a portable format
- Withdraw consent where we rely on it
- Not be subject to a decision made solely by automated means. We do not make such decisions
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We respond within until you ask us to delete it.
If you are in the UK, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. If you are in the EEA, you can complain to your national supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA as amended, including to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, and written confidentiality obligations for everyone who handles client data.
Your search is confidential and we treat it that way. Nothing about your search is published, and nothing is added to your public profile without your approval.
No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your information we will notify you and the relevant regulator where the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work, and analytics cookies that tell us how the site is used. Analytics data is retained for 360 days, after which it is deleted.
Analytics tells us which pages are read, how visitors arrive, and where they stop. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.
If you are in the UK or the EEA, we ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookie, and you can withdraw it at any time using the controls provided by the relevant cookie or browser settings.
Children
Our services are for senior professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post any changes here and update the date at the top. Material changes affecting clients will be notified by email.
